The subgrade operations of the second section of the Hamadan-Sanandaj railway are being carried out under the supervision of the General Directorate of Construction and Development of Railway Zone One and the consulting engineers of Vina Sar, by the Chavosh Rah Bana Company.
Main project operations:
– Earthworks on or off the route
– Implementation of technical structures including drainage systems, bridges, walls, and protective works
– Construction of large bridges
– Subgrade operations for the terminal stations located between kilometers 250+66 to 350+67 with a length of 1,100 meters and Qorveh Station located between kilometers 500+86 to 000+88 with a length of 1,500 meters, and Avangan Station located between kilometers 550+101 to 750+102 with a length of 1,200 meters
– Construction of loading and passenger platforms or corridors
– Construction of two station buildings and installation of signs and communications with a foundation of 250 square meters
– Subgrade and surfacing operations for access roads
– Construction of 18 crossings or grade-separated intersections
– Construction of service roads and installation of directional signs
