Chavosh Rah Bana Company started its activity in 1997 with the aim of developing road and construction infrastructure and increasing the welfare and development of the country, and has been active in this field ever since. In order to achieve the company’s goals and higher productivity, it has purchased machinery and equipment as described below:
-1 20 light vehicles and pickup trucks
-2 19 pieces of equipment including tower cranes, crushers, asphalt plants, and batching plants
-3 19 dump trucks and trailers
-417 water sprayers, cranes, mixers, and Khavar trucks
-5 31 heavy machines as follows : 4 loaders, 3 graders, 6 vibratory rollers, 6 excavators, 1 asphalt finisher, 3 asphalt rollers, 4 generators, 2 bobcats, 2 backhoe loaders
The company’s machinery department, considering the importance of readiness for work and high efficiency, has put the following measures on its agenda, which are briefly as follows:
-1Creating a database of machines including specifications, service schedules, usage and safety instructions, etc.
-2Implementation of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
-3Training of personnel related to maintenance and operation according to the recommendations of the machine manufacturers
-4Carrying out daily visits and periodic services accurately and regularly
-5 Periodic inspections of the performance of machines, operators, and service personnel
-6Preparing various reports for review and control
