PMO Unit
With an innovative and forward-thinking approach, Chavosh Rah Bana Company launched its Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) in 2007 (1386 in the Persian calendar). Our goal in establishing this unit was to integrate project management systems based on up-to-date and advanced methodologies. From the outset, we have sought to localize and adapt modern international methods in the field of civil and infrastructure project management. This is being continuously reviewed and updated, relying on cutting-edge technologies and innovative tools such as artificial intelligence (AI), Building Information Modeling (BIM), and real-time management dashboards, to ensure that, in step with organizational growth and maturity, management challenges are addressed to optimize time, reduce costs, enhance quality, and improve resource efficiency.
This unit, by focusing on providing the best solutions and using advanced tools, strives to manage projects efficiently and optimally. The specialized and professional teams of this unit in the fields of project planning and control, systems and processes, information and communication technology, and health and safety, with the support of technical knowledge and practical experience, have been able to complete projects with high quality and on time by providing innovative management solutions. Our commitment to adhering to international standards and benefiting from modern methods has made us one of the pioneers in the construction industry in the country.
Systems and Processes Unit
As one of the leading companies in the field of civil project contracting, Chavosh Rah Bana Company has always prioritized continuous improvement and increased productivity in its strategic priorities. In this regard, the Systems and Processes Unit was established in 2007 with the aim of developing, standardizing, and optimizing organizational processes.
This unit plays a pivotal role in managing operational processes, controlling and improving performance at both project and organizational levels, and implementing management systems using systems thinking. So far, 103 guidelines/procedures have been developed and implemented in various areas of the company, across three sections: management, technical and operational, and support, based on the latest global standards. This has led to increased productivity, reduced waste, and facilitated performance monitoring across different project and organizational departments.
HSE Unit
Given the importance of safety and environmental considerations in project execution, the HSE Unit, in accordance with the company’s policy and safety culture, is responsible for taking the necessary measures for planning, identifying, determining, and implementing controls for all safety and environmental operations. This is done in alignment with risk management processes and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) at Chavosh Rah Company
